Harry was badly wounded in WWI ( the Great War), He married his nurse who was a girl from Yorkshire. Harry attended Eileen Gladys Vincent confirmation when she was 15 years old (unknown relationship at this stage). Eileens brother John Edward Vincent remembers Harry's silver capped walking stick.

Art left school when he was 9 years old, He was brilliant at Mathematics and worked as a builders foreman. He had exquisite copper plate handwriting and produced a hand written copy from his family bible of his family genealogy. Both the copy and the original has since disappeared.

Elaine and Ann Donkin spent 2 weeks every summer with them at their home in Surrey.
Lil and her son Jhn were evacuated to Wells, Somerset during the latter stages of WWII. This was when the V1( pilotless planes) & V2 rockets ( nicknamed Doodlebugs) were bombing London. After John and Lil to Wells Eileen left the Neal family and joined them.
Lil told here daughter in law Denise Vincent that her brother taught her how to box or she told her that her father taught her and her brothers how to box.
