Son of John Stinchcombe born Bristol abt 1831 and Mary Ann born Abt 1833
Served in P&O line between 1852 and 1861 when he fell into Southampton dry dock. Clerk in Southampton P&O from 1869 to 1875. He took title to all non Bosavern property on death of his father John Nicholas Richard Millett in 1888 (Source Iain Millet)
